Welcome to the HR Management Association of North Central PA

We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

We welcome your use of this site as a resource, and encourage you to check back frequently for updated information. We also encourage your involvement and suggestions about all of our activities, on and off the web. We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming meeting or event!

The HR Management Association of North Central PA meets monthly (September – May).  Typically on the third Thursday of those months from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Meetings are offered in-person and on Zoom.

Membership Applications are available for the 2022-2023 program year. Click here. Discounts are available for those that are also SHRM National members.

We offer business sponsorships for the monthly meetings to help off set the costs involved. With the sponsorship, your company will have the opportunity to briefly discuss your products or services to the attendees at the beginning of the meeting.  Sponsorship only costs $50 ($25 for non-profit organizations).
