Our speaker for December will be Barry Wolfe of Argos HR Solutions, LLC. Barry is an HR consultant, speaker, and author of a bestselling book, “The Little Black Book of Human Resources Management.” His topic for our December meeting will be “Why Psychology in the Workplace Doesn’t Work, and is based on his newest book, which will be released early in 2025. He will be sharing with us several years’ worth of original research on this subject that will surprise, amuse, and maybe even upset you. Barry will also present an alternative to traditional talent management based on his research and experience.
