This presentation will review various labor & employment updates affecting employers, including recent updates from the Department of Labor, Federal Trade Commission, and other administrative agencies. Practical advice will be offered on keeping up-to-date. Additionally, this presentation will review the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Act and discuss the challenges employers continue to encounter when employees and job applicants are prescribed medical marijuana.
